Brazilian artist Leonardo Sang has started up a project called VRP, or âVirtual Reality Photographyâ. The aim is to use âvideo games as platforms for everyday photographyâ.
Using Grand Theft Auto IV as his foundation, Sang has taken a number of screenshots from the game and composed them so they look more like actual photographs.
Why? He wants to show that modern games possess the âfull visual capacity and complexity to create a proper photographic ambientâ, as well as âshow how photography can be applied in many ways.â
