This is the first time Iāve seen this particular viral video, but Iām familiar with the concept. It sorta made me think. Wouldnāt it be cool if Obama, instead of dumping public works stimulus money into highways and buildings, he dump a little into public works for viral happiness. As much as the U.S. needs roads repaired, I sort of think as a nation we also need a good laugh or two and a whole lotta smiles.
