This month, all-female-musical troupe Takarazuka Revue will debut its stage version of Phoenix Wright. Hereās a sneak peak.
Takarazuka has decided to go with the gameās English language character name, Phoenix Wright, instead of the characterās original Japanese name, Ryuichi Naruhodo. The ace attorney is being played by actress Ranju Tomu.
The Revueās musicals range from the traditional (Guys and Dolls, Oklahoma!) to anything but (stage versions of Oliver Stoneās JFK, Fitzgeraldās The Great Gatsby).
