We’ll Be Playing Halo On Xbox One Come December 24, Sort Of

So it’s not what immediately comes to mind when you think of the Halo franchise. Spartan Assault is stillas close as you can get to playing Halowithout a first person view, and it’s the first Halo coming to the Xbox One. just in time for Christmas.

Featuring more than 30 missions that bridge the gap between Halo 3 and Halo 4, the already-impressive Spartan Assault‘s been topped-off for its console release. Five new multiplayer missions, more weapons and a bunch of tiny spore beings of some sort making their Spartan Assault debut.

There’s a lot of game here for $14.99, and if you’ve already purchased thee game for Windows 8 or Windows Phone, you can pick up the console version for only $4.99.

The Xbox One version of Halo: Spartan Assault is coming December 24. Look for the Xbox 360 version in January.
