They’re the work of RieyTails (via Eventhubs), and while many of these are older characters, these sprites are still based off their SFV designs.
You know how the Lucasarts adventure game remakes have that button that lets you insdtantly switch between new and old graphics? I now really wish Street Fighter had that.
