Iām making white chili tonight, also known as Chicken Chili Verde. I havenāt made chili in a good year or so, which is weird because I love making and eating it.
Typically I make a straight-forward Texas red chili. No beans, lots of meat. So this white should be interesting. Do you like chili? You must, you lived in Texas. My red has won awardsā¦ but only in the neighborhood.
