As my interview with Lionheadās Peter Molyneux wrapped up today and I was about to walk out of the hotel door, I remembered an important question.
āHave you seen Marley and Me yet,ā I ask.
Molyneux seems confused for a second than remembers itās that movie based on the true story of a man and his dog, a big affable, but destructive dog.
No, he says, it was too sickly sweet, something that should be avoided at all costs.
āItās just that it seems like Fable II,ā I say āIt uses a dog as the emotional vehicle and you get really attached to Marley and then he dies.ā
āOh! Youāve spoiled it for me! Now I canāt see it!ā
