Microsoftâs no stranger to working with TV networks, but according to Reuters theyâre working on a cable-like online subscription service for the Xbox 360.
Itâs likely to have come about because of the Google TV threatâhowever much of a threat it may or may not be, itâs likely worried Microsoft.
Nonetheless, itâs all good news for us, as more competition means lower prices and better service, with whatever package youâve bought intoâso even if you donât have an Xbox 360, itâll act as a veritable kick up the bum to other companies. The full details arenât known just yet, as Reuters has only spoken to several people about Microsoftâs plans in this field, but supposedly they want to offer more channels.
