Sources at Square Enix USA have confirmed with Kotaku the reports from yesterday, which have settled a long-running ā if ultimately pointless ā debate amongst fans of the series.
We say pointless because for a game like this, three discs arenāt so bad. After all, Final Fantasy VII came on three discs. And the 360ās other big Japanese role-playing games ā Mistwalkerās Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey ā shipped on four discs, and people didnāt seem to mind that either.
