Weā€™ve got a guy here with an upset stomach. Itā€™s not pretty. The man is in his 30s, I think. Black hair. About shoulder length. He says heā€™s been feeling ill since last night. Hasnā€™t been able to do his job most of the day. Called in sick. He thinks it might be something he ate, but itā€™s not clear. Sort of a mystery malady.

We notice that heā€™s a PS3 owner and it is possible his gaming system suffered the same sort of shutdown earlier in the week. Could be related.

If anyone here is a doctor, please help.
