For this list, I’ve tried to keep out wild jet-powered cars and other weird vehicles that can’t be used in races, and I have not factored in all the upgrades that can be applied to most automobiles. However, I did want to shout out the Vigero ZX, which was added to the game in late 2022. This fast muscle car becomes the fastest (non-jet-powered) car in the game if you upgrade it using Hao’s Special Workshop. However, this option is only available to next-gen players and costs quite a bit. But, if you can swing the price, play GTA Online on PS5 or Xbox Series X/S, and want the absolute fastest speed demon out there, this is your car. Good luck getting it around corners, though!
