Six years ago today I wrote my first story for Kotaku. Way back then Kotaku was a bit more than a month old and I was the only writer, the only editor, the only anything.
At the time I spent my nights as the Rocky Mountain Newsâ night cops reporter and my days writing for Kotaku. I also managed to squeeze in a bit time with my family and 3-year-old son. It wasnât until 2007 that I quit the Rocky and went full time here.
