Baseball star turned game developer Curt Schilling and his team at 38 Studios are hard at work on Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, perhaps the strongest looking role-playing weâve ever seen from a professional athlete.
And while Iâm sure some of you are thinking âWhat about Barkley, Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden, Chapter 1 of the Hoopz Barkley SaGa?!â, Iâm pretty confident in Reckoningâs chances. For one, it looks spectacular, with big bosses, big swords and big hammers. It also has some big names attached to it, including Todd MacFarlane, R.A. Salvatore, and Ken Rolston.
But itâs the screen shotsâparticularly these three newbiesâthat have my interest piqued. What do you think?
