Chez Simon has the exact kind of vibe I’d look for on a trip to Barcelona (or Paradiso, which is where you can find it in Starfield). It’s like a Tommy Bahama button-down got a slightly cyberpunk update, with bisexual lighting and massive hibiscus flower decals adorning the bar’s backsplash. There’s a dance floor and plenty of seating, from regular chairs to barstools to couches you can probably sneak a nap on if you get too tipsy.
